Things are moving fast. We have a new paint job underway, the units are all installed, the reception is getting there and we have a new fire escape for the top floor.

New Store Coming Soon to Halesowen
We're making great progress with our new Self Storage facility in Halesowen. The mezzanine floor, including the stairs is in and the electrics are being installed.

New Store Coming Soon to Halesowen
We've been hard at work planning the opening of our second Self Storage facility. We've renovated the building, including a new roof and have now started fitting it out. We're on course to open our Halesowen store this October.

We've been open for just under 2 months now and it's been great. We have rented most of our offices already but have two offices left. If you would like a viewing please get in touch.

We're brand new, our Covid 19 safety precautions are in place and we are open for business.

External building, car park markings and internal painting all complete. We are ready to open.

Offices carpeted, finished and ready. Finishing touches to the building taking shape. Almost ready to open.
Week 16
Self storage units installed, bathrooms and offices almost ready.
Week 15
Outside of the building being painted in our brand colours.
Week 14
More storage units going up and new kitchen for the offices going in.

Storage units going up, offices being painted, new fire doors installed.
Week 12
Security gate installation finished, CCTV system installation, roller shutter door installation.
Week 11
Security gate installation, Ground Floor lighting and painting.
Week 10
Fence installation completed, new fire escape stairs installed, office damp proofed and more entrances opened up.
Week 9
Rubbish clear up, fence installation and office fit out.
Week 8
Office entrances, layout, fit out and electrics started.
Week 7
Lift installation continues. Entrance and doorways opening up.
Week 6
Lift installation started. It's a big, heavy, convenient lift.
Week 5
Mezzanine floor painting now complete. Ready to install the lift and self storage units. Progress made with electrics on the ground floor.
Week 4
Painting the mezzanine floor started. Electrics for the ground floor and offices started.
Week 3
Mezzanine floor and stairs installed.
